APPENDIX A: SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This Appendix describes the Services provided under the Agreement and is subject to the Terms and Conditions at https://www.radiantscience.io/terms.

 

SERVICE FEATURES:

1. Books, cancels, and reschedules appointments based on availability in the Customer's calendar/EHR system; Confirms appointment details with callers​​

2. Records caller queries and messages. Sends summaries to Customer via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or dashboard​​

3. Answers common questions using the Customer's website and provided materials. Covers clinic hours, services, fees, and general policies​

4. Directs patients to the Customer's patient portal for results and letters if client has a portal. ​

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS​

1. Customer must provide: a) Call forwarding from their phone line to the Company's number, b) Access to the calendar/EHR system; c) Booking rules and FAQ content and knowledge base; and d) Notification contact details

 

USAGE ALLOWANCE​

1. Usage allowance in accordance with the pricing package subscription plan in the Pilot Service Order form.

 

SCOPE​

1. Services are administrative only. The AI Agent does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making. Customer remains responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
