The Customer acknowledges that third-party providers, including practice management systems/EHR vendors and telephony providers, may charge additional fees for API access, integrations, or the provisioning of additional phone numbers. Such fees are not included in the Services Fees. The Company may assist the Customer in estimating these external costs during onboarding.​ SMS and WhatsApp fees for messages are charged separately.
